The breakfast spread was amazing with loads of options that left me smiling! The comfy bed made for a revitalizing night, and the stunning balcony view of the church made every moment special.
The TV in the room had a mind of its own. the remote was pretty tricky to figure out! The staff was lovely and tried to help, but it felt like they thought it was our fault for not getting it. Still, the whole experience was a gem.

9/10
Y’all, the staff were sweeter than a slice of peach cobbler. We loved our cozy twin room with that lovely balcony view of the church. The breakfast spread was downright delightful, too! Dinner was a bit of a mess, though. Service was slow ‘n the food, well, bless their hearts, I just reckon they need to work on that part. Still, we ain't complaining too much!

Scenic views of São Bento basilica, breathtaking mountain and lake views, engaging local tour recommendations
Air conditioning units noisy or malfunctioning!!! Coffee capsules in the room charged extra, which felt bizarre!!! Noise from nearby church bells disturbed the peace, making it hard to relax!!!

Our stay in the Twin Room was super comfy! The large balcony offered beautiful views of the church, perfect for morning coffee. The bed was nice and cozy, and the shower had great pressure. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which was annoying at times.

I absolutely loved the stunning jacuzzi and the relaxation opportunities at the spa during my stay, they made unwinding a breeze. One small hiccup was that the TV remote was a bit tricky to handle, but it didn't dampen our mood. If you're visiting, definitely check out the beautiful views while sipping coffee on the balcony, it's a perfect way to start your morning! 😊
